Hello, My name is Kat *AKA* Kitty
I am 41 year's "young" and I have 4 children and 3 grandchildren , over the years I have struggled with my weight and gone up and down many times ( Yo-Yo Syndrome ) I have learned a lot on my journey , one thing is for sure...what goes up, must come down !
I am looking forward to making many many new friends and am here to give support, encouragement and motivation as well as receive it !

My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and be active and healthy... and of course to look and feel sexy again !
My Program:
I use an elliptical trainer, walk at least 2 miles a day either outside or with L S Walk DVD ,strength training and Yoga.
Keeping track of foods eaten and calories burned...pretty simple theory , eat less and move more !
Personal Information:
I live in Liberty , North Carolina and have 2 boy's ~ 2 girl's and 3 grandson's

I Love Horror movies , music and all things dark and different !
