My Goals:

This site is fabulous! Not only informative and a way to reach people with similar goals but to give people so much for free is rare these days.
Personal Information:
I gave up smoking nearly 7 years ago and then shed the weight that I had gained and then put it back on. Now I want to have a complete lifestyle change. To incorporate everything that I have already learnt and all the new things that I am about to learn.
Other Information:
Live life to the fullest as it is the only one we have!
