Well, I just bought myself some new shoes that fit well and went walking today. It had been a whil, but I am really fired up to get this weight off. I have been sick over the weekend. It started coming on over the wekend, got worse yesterday and this morning I felt really bad. But I decided I was gonna get moving. It was only my throat that was sore with some yuck in my sinuses. I just determined that the rest of me felt good, so I was going walking. I actually feel really good now. Sore throat is nearly gone. And I got my workout in.
