We're all in this together!
I'm Renee I'm 20 and I feel like I've changed this introduction so many times! lol but I have to admit: my weight is a struggle more than it ever has been for me I struggle with buying junk/fast food and not exercising I feel like I just struggle with my weight, period. And then again, I feel like I'm probably making weight loss more complicated than it has to be My mind has got to get with the program!

My Goals:
My super long-term goal is to lose 100+ pounds 1st long term goal: I said I wanted to lose 52 pounds by my birthday of next year, but I feel like that's a lot of pressure-like I have to make that goal or else. But then I also need some structure- I'll let you know what my real goal is I've got to think about all of it!
My Program:
I'm taking the slow and steady approach: I'm finally utilizing the Sparkpeople Nutrition and Fitness trackers- they really do help! And this time, if I make a mistake or pig out or eat too much of a food that's not good for me-I'm not going to let it spiral out of control like I used to do. I'm going to make mistakes and I have to realize that's A-Ok! I've got to work on getting those veggies in my meals!
