I've started eating better, I'm sticking to the SP plan. I don't even feel like I'm on a diet.

Think about your goals & why you started this journey, look back at all that you have achieved and congratulate yourself. If you need to take your foot off the pedal for a few days then that's ok - you've been working really hard and probably need a rest! Try to focus on the basics and be kind to yourself - you'll be back on track before you know it xx
