right now, i'm trying my best to either hit the gym @least 5x's a week or do some kind of exercise. so far so good.

My Program:
I work nights so i try to keep a gym bag in my car. that way once i get off i can head straight to the gym. NO EXCUSES!!!
I do cardio for about 1 hour. sometimes more.
IF anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me in on some tips. Thank you
