Girlfriend you made me laugh (about the hamster)
...my workout was all cardio..I ran up and down my stairs for 15 mins..burned some serious calories on the steps..then I ran and jogged on the treadmill..did the high incline for 15 mins..my workout today was 1 hr 12 mins..burned 424 cal..
Tomorrow the elliptical and strength..maybe 30 day shred as well.. my goal for Jan is 175lbs..
Thanks for dropping by and giving me a spark goodie. I love zumba! I take classes at the YMCA and also my son brought me collection with 4 tapes. Its called zumba fitness.
