Twelve months ago I was training towards a fitness goal, lost weight, toned up. I've since slipped back into old ways, not exercising as much, not eating properly and put on 2.5kg and found my body shape has changed. I have a goal six months away and want to at least lose the 2.5kg and preferably more.
Generally trying to eat more healthily and do more activity.
I have got out of the habit of eating well, my main problem is not preparing healthy food for the evening, when I'm hungry or bored I grab more carbohydrate foods than I need!!!
