Hello. I am a 35 yr mom to 3 (15,10, and 7) and wife to 1 (16 yrs). I needed to lose 165 lbs to goal which seemed overwhelming but I had ROUX-EN-Y surgery on July 19, 2011 and have lost 95 lbs so far!! I have 70 more lbs to get to my goal weight. I know that I made the right choice. I am currently re-learning how to make good food choices and incorporate exercise in my life. I take every day as it comes and know that I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be the best me I can possible ...

My very STG is to be under 200 lbs by 2/14/2012.
MySTG is to be 180 by 4/22/2012 (36th b-day)
My LTG is to weigh 140lbs on 9/11/2012 (my 17th wedding anniversary).
My Program:
No soda, no binge eating, no eating when not at a table. Sticking to my 'pouch" rules. Slow and steady. Trying to slowly incorporate physical activity into my life.
