Bollywood dance, kick boxing, and some power yoga videos. Practice yoga at least 2x a week... Tuesday at 500- ZUMBA Wednesday at 530- Power Yoga

My Program:
Limit to 1200-1500 calories a day. 30-an hour minutes of cardio, 5x a week. Yoga 2x a week- a class on Wednesdays.
Personal Information:
25 year old female, Washington DC area. I love musical theater, old movies, big band music, Disney, Batman, Yoga, reading and learning as much as I can!, Psychology, singing and dancing. I am getting my masters degree in Community Agency Counseling and currently works with a non-profit that helps homeless clients with severe mental illness.
