I totally agree with Kelliebean, you have to stop thinking in terms of Diet and think about it in a more positive way. Take a look at the recipe pages for healthier versions of your favourite treats, look at the motivation pages for tips on how to stay focused, join a group on Sparkpeople where you can share your feelings with people who have similar interests.
What works for me is taking it day by day and often meal by meal. I allow myself a treat every evening, it keeps me going through the day to know I have something to look forward to. Set yourself a goal like 5% weight loss and pick a non food reward for when you reach it. You will get there!! 1385 days ago
