My Goals:
I have lots of goals. numerically, I want to be down to 160 by June. But really, my goal is to feel like I'm strong and in shape, and that I look hot! numbers don't matter as much as how I feel

My Program:
Well, I've never been a good runner, so my goal is to first be able to run a 5K. I'm doing this by running 3 days a week, and cross training (including weights) twice a week. Eventually I would love to work up to a 10K
