Thank you for commenting on my blog today. I did finally do the yoga this afternoon. I picked up a beginner's video though. It's called "Yogaworks for everybody: Beginners am/pm". As for my first impression it's not bad, simple and easy to follow. As for if I like it or not, it's different. Not use to slow pace. But I can see it strengthening me and calming me that's for sure. Overall, I plan on giving it a try every day at least once a day to help with my stress and anxiety and pain.
