My Goals:
- Lose around 35 lb. - Eat as many vegetables as possible - Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily - Keep posting on SparkPeople! - Low-carbing with Atkins - Exercise 5 days a week, 20 minutes minimum per day (walking!) - Reach 500 fitness minutes this month!
My Program:
All I really can stick to right now seems to be walking outside. I aim to walk 10 miles per week. I just got a pedometer, so I am making the goal of at least 10.000 steps per day.
Personal Information:
My name is Whitney. I'm 25 years old, and currently reside in the often-rainy Ohio. I'm a shorty, and at 5'2 (although, my driver's license will say 5'3!) I put on about 20-25 lb. in college, and have yet to work it off! I'm a work in progress. :)
Other Information:
Reading is one of my favorite hobbies.
