Figuring Out What Not to Do.

January 10, 2015.

Current weight: 165 pounds
Short-term goal: 157 pounds by February 15, 2015
Longer-term goal: 130 pounds by June 6, 2015.

I have maintained my weight for a couple months, which is better than continuing to gain as I had been doing. I am going to eat more nutritious food! No more binge eating! Less wine and more exercise. I am COMMITTING now to doing daily exercise. Even if it is only five minutes!

Home elliptical trainer!

Exercise every day, even if only for 5 minutes!

Eat less, move more.

Drinking more water, at least the minimum of 8 glasses per day!
