Just Me

Hello. I just joined today...and I'm still figuring everything out! Anyways, I'm trying to lose weight and feel better about myself. I'm currently going to college and the gym is free, so why not take advantage of it. Only problem is, I don't have anyone to go with, so my motivation drops. The whole reason I joined is because it'd be nice to get to know people and hear success stories and get some pointers as to what would be a good workout plan! Feel free to leave a message, thanks!

My Program:
I've just started working out and eating healthy this week, and I'm determined to stick to it! I'm currently on week one of the c25K, it's been tough, but everyone on here is really inspiring, so it's been helping with my motivation! Thanks everyone for the support!

Personal Information:
I'm on my last term as a college student (for all of you with a masters and beyond - wow, that's a huge accomplishment!). I have to write my undergrad thesis and then I'll be moving on out into the real world...I'm a bit intimidated by that because I'm not the most confident person, but that's yet another thing I'm working on.

Other Information:
I'm pretty easy going, I like movies, mainly comedies and chick-flicks!! My goal is to run a 5K in July...other then that I'm not sure what else to say about myself. Any questions, feel free to ask!

yay! welcome!!! this site is so good for motivation. The main reason, I think, is because you can talk to people who understand what you're going through. I've found some awesome stories of success here and that really keeps me going. Remember this is a jorney so we might as well enjoy it!
