    yes Im interested in the videos ...I tried to find them yesterday and couldnt will try again today ,,It will be better to do it at home..when I walk its hard outside because its uneven and I feel like I will fall....my computer shut down this morning and would nt turn on even thou charged. I know its the motherboard but i have to take it to best buy and see...so I might be off for a while...sucks,,but ill be back

    I am still finding things and figuring it out so don't worry. If you are interested in the fitness videos, you can find them under healthy lifestyle tab at top, then go to fitness and then there are a ton of workout videos. Most are between 5 to 30 minutes. Thought they might help, I like them a lot instead of always walking.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. I am glad to hear you walked today. Don't push yourself too soon or you will burn out. I started with a 10 minute walk. If that took me .2 miles, than so be it. I can now walk 2 miles easily, but it took me 4 months to get there.

    The best part about Spark is that you are supposed to take your time. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. We make mistakes, we get back in order later that day or the next. No one is here to yell, or tell you you are not doing something right. This is a very supportive place.

    So, pace yourself. Work through some pain, but don't get hurt or feel like giving up because you did too much too soon. Baby steps. People always say we didn't get to be this size in a day, month, or year. Take your time.
