I feel you. We have somethings in common. I am 46 and have 5 wonderful grandchildren. My 3 children are all grown. Ages 21, 24, 27. I am blessed that the Lord is on my side and that he is perfecting that which concerns me. I am riding my stationary bike about 5 days per week and I try to walk when I can and do sit-ups and arm exercises. I want to wear a size 12 wedding dress. So I have much work to do. But I am giving myself time but my exercise has to be consistent for me to win this war of obesity. I am so glad to have you here. I pray that the Lord gives you a plan to succeed in everything that you set out to do for him and as unto him. You are a blessing. I look forward to chatting with you. May the Lord richly bless you with the abundance of peace in knowing that with you and he together you can handle anything that comes your way. Please support me and give me advice as well on my weight loss and I will do likewise with you. May you have a blessed weekend. Love Donna

Sorry that I am a bit late with the welcome to our team. I have been really busy with school that I started about a month ago, that I hardly get on here anymore. But I am working on changing that!
Anyways, Welcome to our team and I hope you will post often so we can all get to know you and vis-versa!
