My Goals:
I want very much to feel light as I did when I was in my 20's and 30's. I am not looking for beauty just health and freedom.
I am tracking nutrition, exercise and measurements.

My Program:
My program
1. Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day

2. Track food/nutrients every day.

3. Exercise 3x week in some form

4. Make time for God each day

5. Be gentle with myself, tell myself each day that I am loving, lovable and loved.

6.Calorie intake each day 1500-1900.

Personal Information:
I am from a small town on the east coast. When I was 19 I traveled and lived in the mid west for 7 years. Now back home and desire to be healthy. Some day I would like to move south, but not too south

I feel you. We have somethings in common. I am 46 and have 5 wonderful grandchildren. My 3 children are all grown. Ages 21, 24, 27. I am blessed that the Lord is on my side and that he is perfecting that which concerns me. I am riding my stationary bike about 5 days per week and I try to walk when I can and do sit-ups and arm exercises. I want to wear a size 12 wedding dress. So I have much work to do. But I am giving myself time but my exercise has to be consistent for me to win this war of obesity. I am so glad to have you here. I pray that the Lord gives you a plan to succeed in everything that you set out to do for him and as unto him. You are a blessing. I look forward to chatting with you. May the Lord richly bless you with the abundance of peace in knowing that with you and he together you can handle anything that comes your way. Sorry that I am a bit late with the welcome to our team. I have been really busy with school that I started about a month ago, that I hardly get on here anymore. But I am working on changing that!
