My Goals:
I am attempting to reach my goal weight of 150 lbs.
I want to be active and I am looking for a Yoga or Palaties class in my area.
I feel either of these exercises are best for me.

My Program:
I have attempted not to eat artificial foods and foods with addatives for several years. I prepare most of our meals from scratch. I put fresh vegetables and fruit in the freezer when they are in season.

Personal Information:
I have been married to my loving hubby for 27 years and we enjoy each others company. At this time he is still working and I am semi retired. There are times when I feel that I want to go by to work full time, but when I look into it I decide that I really do not want to give up my free time. I am adjusting to how to make better use of this time.

Other Information:
I have decided that my home needs a complete overhaul. This should really keep me busy for at least a year or longer. Of course, I have not given the news of all my ideas to hubby yet. I am sure he will be in for a shock. I hope he does not go in to Sticker Shock.
