My Goals:
To lose weight so I can become a more active and vivacious feeling woman, mother, wife and friend again!! This is still my goal and I am moving now towards it faster and faster!! YAY!!
My Program:
Okay So I decided to have Gastric Sleeve Weight loss surgery done December 10th, 2009!! So my program is watching my calories and trying to get workouts in!! ROFL--I know, I know--SAME AS DIETING!!
Personal Information:
I live in Bryan Texas and work from home creating and maintaining Websites and Newsletters for Mary Kay Directors and Nationals. I am blessed to be able to work from home making a decent income and doing something I love and being home for my kids.
Other Information:
No matter what choices you make whether it is dieting or weight loss surgery there is NO MAGIC pill or solution!! You still have to DO the work and WATCH what you eat!! Bottom line!!
Believe you can Achieve and you will!!
