Welcome to Smart Carbing!! We are really happy that you joined us. We are a very friendly group and have many successful and knowledgeable members. Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity. Linda, I didn't realize we were so similar too! Except you have been through the teenage years already! It is loads of fun with boys emoticon
I definitely understand about the losing and regaining. You can really do this. Any help you need let me know - we can get back to goal together and learn how to really maintain. Email me any time!!!
