My Goals:
Loose about 15 lbs
My Program:
I ride my horses, take my dogs for walks and wrestle with them, lift/carry 50lb bags of grain and 80lb bales of hay and work with the young horses. That's a lot of excersize!
Personal Information:
I'm active in supporting the FairTax at www.fairtax.org which is a very worthy goal!
