My Goals:
1. I want to lose weight to a size 10 or 12 by mid July 2013. I will do this by tracking my food daily and making healthy food choices.

2. I will work out 5 times a week, varying my activity between bicycle riding, gym work, swimming, walking.

3. I will read an inspirational spiritual reading every morning.

4. I will do one fun thing for myself each week.

5. I will seek positive and fun people.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in San Jose, California, but have lived in Minnesota and Idaho. I like the weather here.
I live with my two cats; 8 1/2 year old Gracie, and 1 year old Midnight. I still work full-time and mostly enjoy my job.


Other Information:
I love reading novels that include good character development and are set in different locations around the world.

I love watching movies with happy endings.

I love to make pretty things - like sewing, painting, crochet, even pretty meals.

I love music of almost all kinds. I love to dance and move to music.

I love my family and friends and I'm very grateful for them.

Thank you everyone for responding to my question. I think I've finally found my way around and just log my food based on what I do eat and on the information of the packages. Or, I look up the nutritional value of the food (not many fish listed) and add it under the enter a food not listed. I have REALLY learned a lot about my eating habits and learned so much for what others share - I just so appreciate this tool to help me make healthy choices.
