So hard to lose what was so easy to gain...

My Goals:
Eat more frutis & veggies and stay active. Oh, and lower my cholesterol levels and raise my iron.

My Program:
I walk 2-4.5 miles a couple times a week (the days I have class at night and can't work out). On the other days I balance weight training and cardio, at home with dvd's. I always wear a heart monitor when I work out so that I can accurately track my calories and level of cardio.

Other Information:
My favorite work out videos include: Jari Love Get Ripped, Tamilee Webb Tighter Assets, Powerstrike, Cathe's CoreMax and CRUNCH firm & burn Pilates.
