My Goals:
My goals to start out are:
1) Creating a weekly meal plan
2) Drink more water
3) Keep track of my Nutrition
4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week
and last but not least
5) Lower my cholesterol

My Program:
1) Update my weekly meal plan each week
2) Drink 8 cups of water each day
3) Track my Nutrition each day
4) Do some form of exersise each day
5) Pray

Personal Information:
I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters.
I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.

DH has a brother and two sisters.

DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.

Other Information:
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night on the phone and talk about our day.
I love reading and going to the library.
Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.

Hi T,

Finally trying to play a little catch up o spark. You really did a lot of traveling! Love your story and so glad to hear from you. Yes, please do keep in touch.

Mom and dad are doing well. I see them just about everyday and it's only about a 20 -30 minute drive instead of the 12 hours I use to do. There are times that I know that mom still knows me and other times just recognizes my face. We still can share some laughs - which is so very heart warming. Dad just loves it when I can make mom laugh. Guess it's my turn to be writing a book. lol

emoticon for the Mardi Gras beads...just saw them. I've been away from Spark for a while, but once again I'm Ba-ack! lol. I'm going to NOLA next month for 8 days with my hubby and nephew & niece. I'm not sure when the 5% Challenge is being, but I'm in. It was great to hear from you.

hello there friend,
I haven't posted on here in like forever. I'm still working on weight loss program, I go up a few and go down a few, I feel like I'm on the see saw at the playground but otherwise life is good, I'm staying healthy and busy. I'm working full-time but will soon go to part-time because will soon start getting my social security. Yes, this birthday a couple weeks ago, I turned 62, wow, hard to believe. I'm looking forward to spring, we had a cold winter here in the northeast. Wow, here's to Happy St. Patrick's Day and talk with you soon,

Thanks for the goodie on my SP page for my birthday! Sounds like you have so much going on. Late September and early October is like that for me! Don't overdo it ha ha. Have a great time at all the celebrations!
