My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night on the phone and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.
for the Mardi Gras beads...just saw them. I've been away from Spark for a while, but once again I'm Ba-ack! lol. I'm going to NOLA next month for 8 days with my hubby and nephew & niece. I'm not sure when the 5% Challenge is being, but I'm in. It was great to hear from you.
hello there friend, I haven't posted on here in like forever. I'm still working on weight loss program, I go up a few and go down a few, I feel like I'm on the see saw at the playground but otherwise life is good, I'm staying healthy and busy. I'm working full-time but will soon go to part-time because will soon start getting my social security. Yes, this birthday a couple weeks ago, I turned 62, wow, hard to believe. I'm looking forward to spring, we had a cold winter here in the northeast. Wow, here's to Happy St. Patrick's Day and talk with you soon, Margaret
