My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night on the phone and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.
Oh yeah a lovely weekend! LOL Yesterday was pick up the tools to make the changes outdoors. So there went my typical cleaning day. So today Walt is tackling the great outdoors, putting in the new curb ramps, and mowing and trimming and spreading out the new pit run on the driveway while I am stuck indoors doing the major cleaning laundry and cooking. I have 2 loafs of whole grain bread and a dozen buns cooling on the counter. Every room has been scrubbed and dusted and the three loads of laundry washed dried and folded Still have a few to put away.
Dinner is BBQ sirloin steak sauteed in honey garlic sauce, with baked potato and garden salad. Yeah a very good week end indeed!
