Getting started!

I want to lose 10 pounds. I won't count calories or go on a special diet. My plan is to only eat fruits and vegetables after half past five in the evening. During the day I want to follow the guidelines: enjoy whatever you are eating, make heathy choices, controll your portions. Let's do it and see where it takes me!
