More Mtn. Biking & Less Beer
I love mountain biking and want to improve my time and endurance. Losing weight and eating healthier I know will help me reach my goals. My friends and I used to compete in annual endurance bike races. Now that those races don't come to So. Cal. I have lost interest and become lazy. To get back on it I am planning a Trans-California Mtn. Bike ride for next spring. It will be 230+/- miles on mostly dirt. I am fatter than I have ever been in my life, 250+, and I am sick of it. ...

Yesterday was my first Pre-ride on one of the sections of trail I will do in the spring. I am excited to have a goal again!!!

My Goals:
Since I am not racing anymore I needed another goal. In the spring I want to mtn. bike from the Pacific, to the Colorado River. This will be a mostly dirt Trans-California trip.
My Program:
Trying a no animal protein for 8 weeks.
