Taking Back Control
I spent most of my life not worrying about weight. In the last 15 years or so, that changed and I got totally out of control. So....In January 2009, I started a Biggest Loser contest where I work and somebody told me about SparkPeople. I ended up winning that biggest loser contest. My weight has slowly crept back up. I associated it with foot injuries keeping me from walking, but that was just an excuse. It's time to start again! I joined at gym at the end of January 2011 ...

I joined at gym at the end of January 2011 and in the first 10 days, I lost 3.5 pounds.
