What I eat

I've been around the weightloss block a few times.

Now that I know I am done having my adorable babies, I am declaring this my time to get healthy and live longer.

I've been overweight since before I can remember. My mom tells me I weighed 30 pounds at my first birthday and I continued to be overweight throughout school. My mom was overweight and I saw her do a lot of negative self-talk. I've had my ups and downs throughout my life and I am prone to feeling bad about ...

I've been overweight since before I can remember. My mom tells me I weighed 30 pounds at my first birthday and I continued to be overweight throughout school. My mom was overweight and I saw her do a lot of negative self-talk. I've had my ups and downs throughout my life and I am prone to feeling bad about myself.

I don't want this for my girls. They appear to have their daddy's metabolism at this point in their lives, but I don't ever want them to think the awful things I think about myself.

I'm doing it for my husband. He deserves to have a hot wife who will be around for a long time.

I'm doing this for my daughters, who deserve to have a mom who isn't afraid to run around a park with them. A mom who will do everything they do from going on trampolines to running through a waterfall.

I'm doing this for my mom. She deserves to have a daughter that will outlive her.

I'm doing this for me. I deserve to feel and look good.

I have a few challenges ahead-
- The gargantuan amount of weight I have to lose to reach the "healthy" category for BMI.
- A husband with an amazingly high metabolism who doesn't like veggies.
- A pretty tight work/life balance: I have a full time job plus a business of my own, no days off with my husband, two daughters and trying to fit in an hour workout each day.


How I'm doing it:
* Eating healthy and writing it down!
* Getting outside and doing something
* Seeking support from everyone I know
* Making an effort to move more, be more aware and feel more.

5. To go on the trampoline and not have everything jiggle!

My Program:
- Swimming
- Finding ways to exercise that involve some family time and some me time
- Eating consciously
- Writing it all down
- Doing yoga a few times a week
-Doing Zumba
