My Goals:
Primarily my goal is to show up every day and to track--want to show up even if I am reporting failure.

200 pounds-new shoes

190 pounds-new jeans

185 pounds-pedicure

180 pounds-new shoes

170 pounds-new exercise clothes

160 pounds-new coat

150 pounds-trip to a stylist

140 pounds-new shoes

My Program:
I am primarily trying to eat six small meals that are high protein and get most of my carbs through fruits and vegetables.

For exercise, I need variety and have several awesome work out videos, my bike, and a gym membership. I try to do something active in the morning to get me going--get the energy pumping--something active with my dog or kids at night and then yoga, pilates, or stretching before bed.

Personal Information:
Ended a dysfunctional relationship 2 years ago that left me overweight and really doubting my worth. I am working to get healthy so I can fall in love again--told myself I have to be closer to my goals before I start.

Thank you for your words of encouragement! I just need to remember that even if I do just a little bit, then it's just that much more than what I've already done. I like how you have rewards for all your goals that you hit. I think I'm going to use that idea for myself. Extra motivation!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. We have the same goals and yes, I love your 10lb treats: shoes, pedis, jeans. I have to set a few for myself too. We will reach and successfully maintain our goal weight range. emoticon

Thanks for your comments on my blogs. I am working on learning to be good to myself...but I really struggle with that. I will get through, one day at a time. I had a good day today, calories and walking!
