Get Up Offa That Thing!

I turned 40 this year and decided it's high time I got back into shape. I am married and have two teenage boys, so making time to workout is a new goal. I'm not a morning person, but might just have to become one. I've never been much concerned about the numbers on the scale, but I want to get healthy and be able to participate in the activities I enjoy.

Personal Information:
I never had to watch what I ate, was athletic throughout high school. I gained 50Lbs. with my first child, but lost it all after my second. The weight crept back on as my activity level went down-desk job, less time with two young ones and a house to run. I gave myself excuses: Not a morning person, not enough time, etc. I'm getting to the age where all my life choices are going to start catching up to me, so I thought I'd start making wiser choices.
