I am working out most days 3 times a day. I rest on Sundays (church has me busy on sundays). I count calories and eat like I am suppose to. On ocassion's i'll a little splurge! I gained 3 pounds and now I am trying my best to get it off. That to me doesnt make sense... bust your but and eat sensable.. and gain 3 pounds... go figure. 1328 days ago

One thing you might try since evenings are a tough time for you is to save some of your daytime calories so you can have another little meal at night. I get hungry then too, so I save enough to have a bowl of cereal or peanut butter and honey sandwich at night. I can always munch on veggies, but sometimes I need more than that and the cereal or sandwich helps. Sometimes all I need is a handful of walnuts, but I always save something for the evening. Yes, this is tough, but then, so it anything worthwhile and this is definitely worthwhile. 1328 days ago
