Hiya. I'm 41 years old and am finally attempting to get into shape. Until a year ago, I had a job that kept me moving all the time. Even though I wasn't losing any weight, I wasn't gaining any either. I transitioned into a desk job and have been watching the pounds go on.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20 pounds before the end of 2007 while building lean muscle.

My Program:
I am trying to eat healthier - a tough order since I have never really thought much about what I eat. I do two super-slow (strength training) sessions a week with a trainer. I usually do 2-3 cardio sessions a week, either in a spinning class or on an elliptical.
