My goal is to get down to 145 lbs. and be a size 10 again. I also need to be healthier since I've just turned 49. My Mother has had two TIA's and my Brother has diabetes. I don't want to join them in the boat lol. I need to do it now before it's too late.
I'm starting out slow just doing 10 mins of squats, crunches and push-ups. and 10 mins of cardio per day. After I lose some weight I will begin some strength training as well. I can't lose weight too fast or I tend to have a lot of flab. Don't want that to happen.
I live in St Louis. Right now I am unemployed and will start taking a class for Medical Administration so that I can start a new career.
I just became an Aunt again. So I need to lose the weight before my niece is at the age where she wants to run and play.
