My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 145 lbs. and be a size 10 again. I also need to be healthier since I've just turned 49. My Mother has had two TIA's and my Brother has diabetes. I don't want to join them in the boat lol. I need to do it now before it's too late.

My Program:
I'm starting out slow just doing 10 mins of squats, crunches and push-ups. and 10 mins of cardio per day. After I lose some weight I will begin some strength training as well. I can't lose weight too fast or I tend to have a lot of flab. Don't want that to happen.

Personal Information:
I live in St Louis. Right now I am unemployed and will start taking a class for Medical Administration so that I can start a new career.

Other Information:
I just became an Aunt again. So I need to lose the weight before my niece is at the age where she wants to run and play.

You asked for support and tough love. I don't believe in tough love, I believe in strength, support and truth. Sometimes truth hurts, but it makes us stronger.

You can't be successful if you don't follow the program. You need to be an ACTIVE participant. So let me know what you're doing every day.
