It might be silly to want to get back to Pre-College weight, but I can get back in the Green on the BMI meter and get stronger too. The older I get, and longer I'm out of shape, the more I hurt. Time to fix that before I start to believe I'm stuck here.

Thanks for your comment about my first ever yoga session and for the yoga mat SparkGoody!

I plan to do yoga again tonight, even if only for 15-20 minutes. Stretching out feels goooooodddddd. :)
