Hi! Yea, the migraines make a lot of things harder. I take a boatload of magnesium, too, and it definitely seems to help. I also take cocktail of different meds that help, but not enough. Good sleep, good eating, and good trigger control (some of which is dietary), go a long way. Unfortunately, exercise makes it worse Before the migraines became chronic, I used to work out regularly, but no more, which of course, adds to the challenge of controlling my weight. During periods when I'm doing better, I can do some walking, but for the last few months, even that hasn't worked well. It's a day-to-day challenge.
