UPDATE OCTOBER 2012
Well it has been a year since my baby arrived and i thought I should update my page.

It has been a busy and fun year for sure, I have gotten myself back into running and in fact this weekend am running my very first half marathon! Thanks to RunningWild for the training!!
I am so excited and hope that this is the first of many!
I have recently just headed back to work as well so am trying to figure out how to balance a full time job, with 3 kids (2 of which are into a lot) a toddler and trying to get my time to to train and run.
My goals for the next year:
* to keep up my running and train for at least 2 more half marathons
*eat clean and find some great recipes my family loves
*spend at least 2 weekends a month outside being active during the winter


I am a mother of 3, one will soon be 15 a 3 and a half year old and the youngest is 2 weeks! I am currently a stay at home mom and am excited to get rid of the baby weight. I have been successful here before and want to get back on track and create some new goals. My big long term goal is to run a half marathon next December! I will add some short term goals soon!

well i am back in the saddle again after baby number 3. Here are the goals for this year:
10k mothers day run
10k Melissa's
half marathon training starting May 27th (very excited about this)
First half marathon (oct 7th Kelowna)
Second half marathon Dec 2 Vegas

UPDATE April 23/09
Here are some of my goals for 2009
half hour of cardio 5 times per week
strength training 3 times per week
more biking with my family
hiking with my family twice per month
run at least one 10k
target to run a half marathon early 2010

    Just popping over to wave hello to a fellow ONYX OUTLAW. My best friend was an Edmonton boy until recently (he moved to Manila, Philippines this year with his gf), so I got to learn about some Alberta hockey rivalry. (Hehe, of course his Oilers weren't doing as good as my Sharks.)

    Welcome to the Losing the Baby Weight...and More team! I'm so glad you found us! I had my daughter on 07/17/2008 and can definitely use all the support I can get to keep me motivated! I honestly think it's easier to lose weight when you're doing it with people who are in the same situation as you and I KNOW no one understands how hard it is to lose weight better than moms!!
