My hubby and I are starting the 8 diet on Monday. We did it a while ago and had some great results. The love of my life has become fluffier since the last time around so we have been doing the 8 minute arms and legs before starting.
Okay, he's a lot fluffier and sooo much more resistant to exercise. I talked him into doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred for a whole six days. He didn't like the jumping jacks, jump rope and anything remotely close to cardio.
Any good laid back cardio out there? To be in the healthy range he needs to lose between 40-50 pounds which makes him balk at anything too bouncy. (Most of his weight is in his teddy bear tummy)
