I'm working on becoming healthy in body, mind, and spirit. I've made a lot of progress, but still have plenty to go. And the exercise has pretty much been my butt down. Time to add in some Hatha and power flow yoga and start working on the top. And now I'm moving and getting ready to go back to school!
