In search of motivation

3 years ago I went from 225 lbs to 140 lbs in the course of 1 year with independent diet and exercie. Over the past year I have gained 10 pounds and have lost all motivation to eat healthy and exercise. I need a kick start and motivation.

My Goals:
My goal is to be at 125 lbs by June. Yes, I know thats not a lot of time but I know I can do it!

My Program:
Atkin's has really worked for me in the past but I am extremely sick of it and I think that is why I'm failing lately when it comes to eating. I'm going to go back to Weight watchers (the old program) and see if I get the results that I want. Back at the gym starting tomorrow and have recruited a friend for extra motivation.

Personal Information:
I am 34 years old, soon to be 35 uugghh next month. In October I will celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary with my husband. We have a daughter, Ella, who is six. I live in Indian Trail, NC which is right outside of Charlotte. I am a RN working in assisted living right now but am currently looking to move on.
