I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. By my mid 20s I weighed in at 250 and had accepted the fact I would always be overweight. I had tried dieting before; I would lose 10-20 lbs then regain it and more. In February of 07 I weighed 280 lbs. I knew I couldn't accept it anymore. I lost 30 lbs quickly and never put it back on. Then I lost another 20 and never put it back on. I lost another 30, then I quit smoking, and gained it all back. Here I am today at 220 lbs, still ...
