Time to get heathly. I am going to be 52 and my youngest is graduation high school I am not comfortable with my weight and I have a bad knee. I know losing weight will be the right thing to do.
I found Spark People in August and since I've joined I've lost 25 lbs.
I still have a way to go but I am going to make it.
