If you went to the daily report on your fitness page. It's button by the date.

You can push it and it will show you how your nutrients breakdown by percentage. It would be good to keep your fats at around 20% of your daily intake, carbs around 55-60% and the rest is protein.

This will help get your body fat % down.

I had oatmeal with protein powder and raisins this morning not egg whites.
