My Goals:
Rock N Roll Half-Marathon Dallas TX - March 25, 2012


My Program:
1. Eating clean 40-50% protein, 20-30% carbs and 25% fat daily and about 1500 calories daily.

2. Lift 3 days/week
Mon - Biceps, tricep and shoulders
Wed -Hamstrings glutes and calves
Friday - Chest and back

3. Drink at least 200 oz. water daily.

4. Cardio 6 days a week. 3 runs per week: 3, 5 and increasing by 1 miles every week for my long run until I reach my half-marathon. The other 3 days cardio with my Mom at the gym (elliptical, bike, treadmill or arc trainer)

Hope you don't mind...I added you as a friend. Hey...I am so curious about something and thought since you have first hand experience, what is your thought on running and weight lifting. I've read that running isn't conducive to bodybuilding as it breaks down the muscle if you run long distances. I like both, but wondered what your thoughts were.

Show weight was 143! Amazing how much the body changes on the cutting diets. I am lifting heavy again as I didn't have enough mass and didn't place well. Shooting for 3rd show Nov 2012.

Sheri - I'm am going to compete July 16th. I'm excited to see what I will look like at competition weight. I have never been that little ever.
