Thanks for that very helpful reply about keeping a 2 litre jug of water in the fridge - not only is it impossible to lose count of how many glasses I've already had, I'll have lovely COLD water to drink. That may sound a strange thing to say, but water is something I've continually struggled to drink, specially these past hot days, and when I do remember, as in yesterday, I hadn't even bothered to chill any water for the next glassful. Nothing worse than warm water when you're already hot!
