I'm a former college athlete and PT fitness trainer who has slipped into a pattern of emotional eating and lack of exercise, gaining 20 pounds and losing muscle tone. My joints hurt, I get breathless going up stairs, and I don't feel like myself. It's time to change direction.

My Goals:
1) Exercise 4x/week for 20 minutes or more from now through August 31.

2) Increase the number of times I choose an alternative reward to food and/or reframe stressors from 0-1x daily to 4-5x.

3) Reduce body fat % to 25-28% range.

My Program:
1) Interval training (8-, 12-, 20-min cardio programs) 4x/week, plus 2 steady-pace days of 15-min or more.

2) Strength routine 3x/week for 10 minutes.

3) Stretch before bed.

Personal Information:
Married to my best friend, who is also focused on getting fit again. Mother of 1 in middle school. Work for myself, but not alone. Enjoy walking/jogging, tennis, biking, rowing machine, weight training, yoga, pilates.

Other Information:
Love writing, arts and crafts, helping people figure out what makes them and their businesses tick, cooking, travel, sports and history.
