Hi Sparkpeople,

I've been busy with the start up of my new company. I'm on my plan and working out with a trainer 3-4 times a week so far I've steadily lost about 1-2 pounds per week. I'm also using the bodybugg and I love it!
It's been awhile since I've been to this site so please excuse if I have not replied to email. I'll be back again to share my progress next year.

Hey,

There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of the VS team is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

the xercise has been tough for me too, it's too hot to take two kids out for a walk...but this morning my oldest is in preschool and the baby is wearing a tank, and we're walking.... I saw a commercial for a gym once that said "nobody ever says, I wish I hadn't gone to the gym today" that is sooo true...keep up the good work!
