Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my latest blog. I've played around with my carbs in the past and have found that my spirits and energy can really be affected if I go too low, so it's just not worth it for me to cut them down too much. I also have some of the perfectionist tendencies that you've mentioned here on your page and know that I could never stick with a plan that required me to be draconian about any aspect of what I do--at least not in the long term.
