Hi, New year, updated plan! I will be changing my goals to reflect the wt loss already done and the new goals. I still want to lose another 40 lbs. The 76 # lost over the 2 years is gone for good, and I do plan to lose the last 40 this year! Start WT 11/07 was 265#, present WT 1/10 189 Lbs (76 lost)~goal WT 149. Once I reach that I may go for another 20#. after my husband was diagnosed with Lymphoma, David lost his battle with cancer July 24, 2008, I decided I needed to get healthier and fit to live longer for my children and grandchildren. I have 5 children and 11 grandchildren. I had been having a hard time losing weight but love SP as they have been a major help both with weight loss and motivation. I decided its time to lose some more weight and thought this will be a good place to do that! Having a place to go everyday will keep me motivated and on target. I started losing weight again when I hit 265, lost 15 lbs over 6 months then found SP, now I am below 200# for the first time in nearly 10 years. SP is the best for learning healthy ways and motivation.
Keep Losing weight, into my size 12 jeans.
exercising every day
8+ hours of sleep a night 8+ glasses water or more a day
Keep firming up my flying squirrel upper arms and get my backside back up where it belongs.
Tracking and logging everything I eat drink .
watching what I eat and drink and keep in a reasonable range.
Gardening when weather permits, camping , hiking and riding my bike as well as walking. Doing my Wii fit . At least 60 min exercise a day and doing strength training.
Not relying on my scale to visualize the progress I am making.
Keep being social and enjoying life and my hobbies.

Hobbies are scrapbooking, photography and cooking-I enjoy tweeking recipes to make my favorites healthier. Camping fishing and I love to read. Good books:

It’s easy to recognize a perfect goal support team candidate. Just look for someone who has a way of making everyone else around them better. Someone who wins by building others and letting them in on the fun. Someone who is genuinely happy when other people succeed. That’s the person you want on your side. The pages of history are heavy with tales of the misguided who were proven wrong while insisting something couldn’t be done. Why put up with that? Believe in your goals enough to know that you shouldn’t stomach people who don’t. It’s okay if you’re the only one who believes in your dream. But someone who truly believes in YOU should help you believe that if anyone can do it, you can.

Feel better, hey it has been sunny here all day. Maybe we live in a different state?? No really the sun has been out and the wind always blows here but not really cold. I have been cleaning the kitchen and putting away things that belong to the owner so I can put out my things in the kitchen. I have the pantry almost finished and the bedroom and office done.
Feel better because the Easter Bunny will be here on Sunday.

I saw your status and am here to cheer you up. You could come out and see me any time you know. I am still unpacking and staying very busy but would enjoy a visit sometime. I have a phone number now, but I wrote it down and can't find my little folder:) do you ever do those things. Get organized and then forget where the heck you put things?
Kind of gloomy weather today lots of clouds on the coast, saw two whales this morning and some eagles.
I am tired today and taking a break from the unpacking and finding a home for things. I find myself going up and down the stairs way more than I thought I would I had sore legs last night with leg cramps OUCH!!
When you get a chance write and tell me how you weekend scrapbook event went, I would like to hear about your adventure.

Stopping by to say hello. I have been so busy lately I have not had time to stay in touch with my friends. I am sorry to say--packing and making arrangements for utilities etc... takes a toll on my free time, HUH!!! what free time, non to be found around here that's for sure. We will be heading for the new place on the 19th and then back around the end of the month for some more things and get things lined out here, sprinklers turned on for the season and checked for sprinkler heads seem they will blow the first time if they are going to go, so those types of chores are yet to come. But I just wanted to let you know I appreciate you and even if I don't get to chat very much I am still thinking of you. Stay in touch. Sandy
