My Goals:
I need to lose this weight in order to be healthier, be more active and feel better. Goal 1: Get below 230 lbs by 1 Feb. DONE! Goal 2: Get below 220 lbs by 1 Mar. DONE! Goal 3: Get below 210 lbs by 1 Apr. Hit a plateau. Readjust goal. 210 reached on 13 Apr. Goal 4: Do not gain any more weight by 1 May. Goal 5: Get below 200lbs by 1 Jun. Goal 6: Get below 190lbs by 1 Jul. Goal 7: Get below 180lbs by 1 Aug. Goal 8: Get below 170lbs by 1 Sep. BIG GOAL: Be at or below 175 lbs by my daughter's wedding in October!
My Program:
1. Watch what I eat, log it and make better choices based on those numbers. DOING IT! 2. Make healthier food choices. DOING IT with the help of SP nutritional counters. 3. Start some form of exercise, ANY exercise! Then build up from there. Treadmill daily! Now increase it. DOING IT!
