My Goals:
I am going to be 175 lbs or less by my 50th birthday (3/28/2012). I want to feel more energetic, lighter in movement and healthier over all.

My Program:
I've been reading the book "Women, Food & God" in an attempt to deal with the emotional and psychological reasons for over-eating.

Thank you for your comment on giving people back their responsibility. As you've said, I am still very encouraging, however I refuse to "police" their food intake. It has simplified my life.
