My initial goal is to lose 20 lbs.. my long term goal is more like 50. I also want to be eating more healthy foods and maintaining some form of exercise as well.
Right now, I'm relying on the spark site and tracking my food and water.
I have 5 great kids ranging in ages from 22 to 5, and 1 grandchild. 4 years ago I was at a comfortable weight, but I've gained it all back. I'm now on the rampage and determined to lose it again and get healthy.
I need people around me with a sense of humor and a base of spirituality and supportiveness.
